Join together in celebratory community to remember our wholeness and to amplify our sacred work in these times of great change. No Dance experience is necessary, only a longing to move with life in authenticity and love. Movement Mass will continue as it has for a decade with one addition. On Teaching Sundays (TS), Melissa will offer new ways to work together in prayer and community through dance, strengthening our collective flow. All are Welcome.

Children and Movement Mass ~
Movement Mass is a sacred time for our community to come together to attend to our inner work. As your children are welcome to come and share in the energy, we ask that you help hold the dynamic field if you choose to bring them. Our dancing journey brings us into deep stillness and ecstatic full body expression. If you bring your children to Mass, please care for them so that they do not distract the dancers with their sweet sounds or how they move through the room. If needed, you are always welcome to take them out to the lobby. Please also note that sometimes the energy is simply too intense for young open beings. Thank you for your care with this delicate dance in community. |

*Our Soul Filled Intentions for the year will be Remembered and Activated through the Body and Heart

Dancers with previous experience with Melissa are welcome. Together, we will build a strong field for ever fuller loving and creative manifestation in 2010.

Wednesdays 12 noon - 1:00 pm This weekly movement practice invites the dancer in every body to find strong ground, fluid motion, deep breath, and heartful expression in ever expanding ways. Into the medicine of Maiden, Mother, and Crone we will dance, discovering how each
long to manifest through us, regardless of our age and cycle of life. Weaving together
the arts of body, heart, and soul, we will awaken each of these sacred portals of our
feminine nature. We will be one another’s teachers, initiators, and beloved friends as
we open into our light, beauty, depth and power as women.
Women 16 years and older are welcome.

What - Together in a diverse community, we will go on a moving journey into and through a time tested
developmental process that serves to help unwind the past and ignite one’s essential life force. We dance

• Embodiment - Connecting with our natural rhythms, our senses and sensations, we ground ourselves in matter, tilling the earth of our beings, stepping ever more consciously in the sacred soils of our lives. • Heartfullness - We dare to love in this life, opening to the truths of our hearts and how our vast feeling life reveals our expanding capacities to discern the world and love it ever more deeply. • Creative Wild Child - Out of the story, into the glory.
